Step 1: Locate Items

Paste a product link into the Joyagoo search bar, or search using keywords or images. You can explore listings from platforms like Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.

If a direct search does not work (such as with Yupoo stores, WeChat sellers, or Xianyu listings), you can use the “DIY Order” feature to manually submit product details and place your order.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Select your desired style, size, color, and quantity, then add the item to your cart or proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Make Payment

Complete payment using your preferred method. This covers the product price as well as any domestic shipping fees within China.

Note: Payments are forwarded to the seller. Any returns or exchanges are handled directly between buyer and seller, while Joyagoo may assist as a communication intermediary when required.

Step 4: Order Progress (Processing → Purchased)

After payment, the order status will show as “Processing.” Joyagoo agents will then purchase the item for you. Once completed, the status changes to “Purchased,” and you can request updates at any time.

Step 5: Seller Shipping (Shipped by Seller)

When the seller dispatches the item, the status updates to “Shipped by Seller.” The parcel is then sent to the Joyagoo warehouse, typically within a few days, though delays can happen. Support can help track the shipment if needed.

Step 6: Warehouse Arrival & QC Check (Arrived → QC Completed)

Once the item arrives at the warehouse, Joyagoo performs a quality inspection and uploads QC photos to your order page for review.

You have 5 days after QC completion to request a return or exchange. After this period, eligibility depends on the seller’s return policy.

Step 7: Free Storage Period (Stored)

Your items can be stored in the warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days. Extended storage is available for an additional fee if necessary.

Step 8: Parcel Creation & International Shipping

When ready, select your items, enter shipping details, choose a shipping method, and pay for international delivery.

• Submit Parcel: Pay an estimated shipping fee first; final cost is adjusted after packing

• Rehearsal Shipping: Pay a 20 CNY fee for pre-packing and a more precise shipping estimate

Optional services such as reinforced packaging, repacking, or insurance can be added before dispatch.

Step 9: Coupons & Final Shipping Fee

Apply available discount coupons to reduce shipping costs (only one coupon per order).

Shipping fees vary based on package weight, size, destination, and courier. Final charges may be adjusted after packing, with differences either refunded or additionally charged.

Step 10: Track Your Parcel

Use the tracking section in your account to monitor shipment status in real time.

Important: International shipping may face delays, customs checks, taxes, or rare risks such as loss or damage. Joyagoo does not control logistics or customs but provides assistance when issues arise. Insurance options are available for extra protection.

Step 11: Delivery & Review

After receiving your package, you can leave feedback or click “Claim Reward” on the product or order page if available.
